15 years strategy consulting experience across most industries and many geographies, with a focus on the Communications, Media and High Technology sectors. Established and led the Pricing and Profit Optimisation (strategy) practice for Accenture in Europe. Instrumental in forming software/services venture for Accenture in partnership with Nokia and Sampo Bank. Previously 6 years in marketing and operational roles for IBM and Telstra. 17 years pricing and operational research experience in USA, Russia and Europe. Specialist in price-optimisation projects for clients in Financial Services globally. 15 years operational line management (BP, 3M, Procter & Gamble) and 15+ years consulting experience across multiple industries (CPG, B2B, Retail, Consumer Electronics, Financial Services). 17 years in the field of marketing science, concerned with measuring the return on investment from all forms of marketing and sales activity. Advised a broad range of Clients on future marketing and business strategies to improve business performance. Global experience across a diverse range of industries. 10+ years telecommunications and media experience as consultant and as corporate executive. Worked with the major UK and European mobile, MVNO and fixed operators, cable and TV companies, mobile content and service providers, and OEMs. Experience in strategy formulation and execution, innovation development and delivery, financial planning and analysis, commercial due diligence, deal structuring, change management and leadership development. 9+ years industrial and consulting experience working with major Retail and Consumer Goods clients in the UK, wider Europe and Russia on commercial strategy and execution initiatives.
